We value your feedback, both good and bad, and want to hear from you. If you have a complaint about something that has gone wrong, we want to know so we can put it right for you and reduce the chance of it happening again.

In order to help us fully understand the nature of your concern we would appreciate you putting it in writing to us. You can either write to our office or complete the feedback form on our website.

Upon receipt of this we will: Acknowledge your letter within 3 working days. We will then carry out our internal investigations and respond to you within 21 working days. Where the issue is complex we will advise you of how long it will take to resolve in due course.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint or the outcome of our investigation you can request that it is reviewed by a member of the Senior Management Team at Go Haven.
